饲料中添加植物提取物对断奶-育肥猪生长性能及胴体品质的影响 被引量:23

摘要 本研究旨在评估饲料中添加植物提取物(止痢草精油,OE)对妊娠-哺乳期母猪的作用,研究OE(单独或与抗生素联合使用)对断奶-育肥阶段猪群血清IGF-I浓度、生长性能和胴体品质的影响。试验采用2×4因子设计(A因子=2种母猪日粮,B因子=4种仔猪日粮),将分别来自妊娠-哺乳期饲喂玉米豆粕型日粮不添加和添加OE(250 g/t)母猪的早期断奶仔猪各192头(共384头),分别随机分配到4个处理组中:(1)对照组(C);(2)抗生素组(AB),卡巴氧(阶段1和阶段2添加10 g/t);(3)OE组(O),OE(阶段1和阶段2添加1 kg/t,阶段3添加500 g/t,阶段4和阶段5添加250 g/t);(4)OE和抗生素组(OAB),抗生素和OE。每个处理6个重复(猪栏),每个重复8头,试验期152 d。试验结果表明:(1)母猪日粮添加OE可显著提高仔猪的ADG和ADFI(P<0.05);猪断奶到屠宰全程日粮添加OE显著提高猪的ADG(P<0.05);(2)母猪日粮添加OE可显著增加仔猪断奶至育肥期间的血清IGF-I水平(P<0.05),且血清IGF-I的浓度与ADG有关(P<0.001;R2=0.40);(3)母猪日粮添加OE可显著提高肉猪屠宰重(P<0.01)、腰肉厚度(P<0.001)、瘦肉率(P<0.05)、胴体肉质评分(P<0.01)和胴体价格(P<0.01);不同肉猪处理组之间,除添加OE有增加瘦肉率的趋势(P<0.1)外,其他均没有观察到显著影响(P>0.05),猪日粮中添加抗生素趋于降低瘦肉率和增加脂肪厚度。
