摘要
目的:观察正得康胶囊对恶性肿瘤恶液质患者生活质量的影响;方法:选择符合纳入标准的病例,采用双盲法,治疗组以甲地孕酮联合正得康治疗,对照组以甲地孕酮联合安慰剂治疗,连续用药21天。结果:正得康胶囊在改善社会功能以及症状如疲倦,失眠,便秘方面具有显著疗效(P<0.5)。讨论:正得康胶囊对于晚期恶性肿瘤恶液质患者的生活质量的改善具有一定疗效。
Objective：To observe the impact of Zhengdekang Capsule on quality of life of malignant tumor cachexia patients.Methods：The patients met inclusion criteria for the case were divided by double blind method.The treatment group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with Zhengdekang Capsule,while control group with medroxyprogesterone acetate combined with placebo,using drugs for 21 days continuously.Results：Zhengdekang Capsule had a significant effect on improving the social function and symptoms such as fatigue,insomnia,constipation（P0.05）.Conclusion：Zhengdekang Capsule has certain curative effect for the improvement of quality life for advanced malignant tumor cachexia patients.
