摘要
目的:研究马山地不容Stephania mashanica的化学成分,为其资源开发提供化学成分资料。方法:应用氧化铝、硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶LH-20等柱色谱方法分离化合物,根据理化性质测试和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从马山地不容新鲜块茎的稀硫酸提取物中,分离得到7个生物碱成分:荷包牡丹碱(dicentrine,1)、克班宁[(-)-crebanine,2]、青风藤碱(sinoacutine,3)、四氢非洲防己胺(tetrahydrocolumbamine,4)、四氢巴马汀(tetrahydropalmatine,5)、巴马汀(palmatine,6),药根碱(jatrorrhizine,7)。结论:化合物2~7为首次从马山地不容中分离得到。
To provide the chemical data for resources development of Stephania mashanica,its chemical constituents were investigated;Method: The powered tuber of S.mashanica were extracted with 2% H2SO4-H2O and purified by silica gel,alumina oxide and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical evidence.Result: Seven alkaloids were isolated from the thin sulfuric acid extracts of the fresh roots of Stephania mashanica,these alkaloids were identified as dicentrine(1),(()-crebanine(2),sinoacutine(3),tetrahydrocolumbamine(4),tetrahydropalmatine(5),palmatine(6),and jatrorrhizine(7).Conclusion: compounds 2-7 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
