摘要
如何认识中国光伏产业的现实,客观地分析该产业的优势和劣势,明确光伏产业发展的方向和政策导向,是至关重要的问题。以波特的钻石模型为出发点,对当前光伏产业的国际竞争能力进行评价,并基于光伏产业特征和发展规律,针对我国当前光伏产业发展过程中存在的问题,从技术创新、市场需求、企业战略和政府政策等角度提出提高我国光伏产业国际竞争力的有效路径。
How to understand the reality of the PV industry,how to make a objective analysis of the industry’s strengths or weaknesses and how to ascertain development direction and policy orientation of PV industry are crucial problems.In this article,we take Porter’s diamond model as the starting point to evaluate the international competitiveness of PV industry.Based on the characteristics of China’s PV industry and the law of development,aiming at the problems existing in the current stage of development,we put forward effective approaches for reference from the aspects of technology innovation,market demand,the enterprise strategy and the government policy with a view to enhance the international competitiveness of PV industry.
