补饲硒和维生素E对泌乳水牛隐性乳房炎发病率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验旨在研究补饲硒和维生素E对泌乳水牛隐性乳房炎发病率的影响。将70头泌乳水牛按胎次、泌乳阶段、产奶量、体重相似的原则随机分成2组,均饲喂基础饲粮(2.0 mg/d硒和120 IU/d维生素E),试验组补饲1.6 mg/d硒和200 IU/d维生素E,每组各35头。试验期107 d,前7天为预试期。检测隐性乳房炎发病率、血浆硒、维生素E含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组隐性乳房炎乳区发病率60 d时下降了34.06%,90 d时下降了43.11%,2组间个体发病率和乳区发病率差异均不显著(P>0.05);正试期内试验组血浆硒和维生素E含量均显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),60 d时,试验组血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,与饲喂2.0 mg/d硒和120 IU/d维生素E相比,泌乳水牛补饲1.6 mg/d硒和200 IU/d维生素E显著提高了血浆中硒、维生素E含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,并有降低隐性乳房炎发病率的趋势。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of selenium (Se) and vitamin E supplementation on morbidity of recessive mastitis in buffalo. Seventy lactating buffalo were randomly divided into two groups with 35 heads in each group by parity, lactation stage, milk yield and body weight, the buffalo were fed a basal diet provided 2.0 mg/d Se and 120 IU/d vitamin E, and those in experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 1.6 mg/d Se and 200 IU/d vitamin E. The experiment lasted for 107 days, and the first 7 days was the pre-experimental period. The morbidity of recessive mammitis, contents of Se and vitamin E and glutathione peroxidase activity in plasma were regularly monitored. The results showed as follows: compared with the control group, morbidity of milk area recessive mastitis in experimental group was reduced by 34.06% and 43.11% after 60 and 90 days, respectively, but the difference of morbidity in individuals and milk area between two groups was not significant (P〉0.05); contents of Se and vitamin E in plasma were significantly increased in experimental group during experimental period (P〈0.05), and the same as the activity of glutathione peroxidase in plasma after 60 days. The results indicate that compared with feeding the basal diet containing 2.0 mg/d Se and 120 IU/d vitamin E, the supplementation of 1.6 mg/d Se and 200 IU/d vitamin E in the basal diet of lactating buffalo significantly increases contents of Se and vitamin E and glutathione peroxidase activity in plasma, and can slightly reduce recessive mastitis morbidity in buffalo.
