摘要
在研读《金匮要略》原著的基础上 ,结合多种中医药文献的相关资料 ,将张仲景的治疗思想整理归纳为 5个方面 :(1)整体观为纲 ,重视治未病 ;(2 )同病异治 ,异病同治 ,突出辨证施治 ;(3)重视祛邪 ,因势利导 ,不忽视扶正 ;(4)治病当分层次 ;(5 )
Based upon study on the original classics of “Synopsis of Prescriptions of Golden Chamber',in combination of the multiple related materials on Chinese medicine and pharmacy,the author sums up ZHANG Zhong-Jing's therapeutic thoughts into five aspects:(1)take the holistic viewpoints as the guiding principle,pay attention to treatment of disease before its onset,(2)use different therapies for same diseases,and same therapy for different diseases,by emphasis on treatment upon pattern identification,(3)emphasize elimination of pathogenic factors and decide a therapeutic method in accordance with the circumstance,and do not neglect to strengthen the antipathogenic ability,(4)treat diseases in different levels,and (5)decide a therapy according to the individual patient.
