摘要
针对军队聘用制卫生技术人员主人翁意识薄弱、为兵服务意识不强、人才流动性大、学科带头人缺乏等现状,从激发工作热情、规划职业生涯、完善薪酬待遇、管理以人为本等方面提出管理对策,以期促进卫生人才队伍建设,保持队伍稳定,实现军队医院可持续发展。
The current status was analyzed of employed medical staff in the military hospital, such as weak- ness of responsibility and consciousness of serving for the soldiers, high turnover rate, the lack of high level talent. And then the author proposed the measures to solve the problems, as motivating their work passions, help them to make out of planning career, mending the salary system and setting up human - oriented management ides. With these efforts, we can promote the medical talent construction and realize the sustainable development of military hospital.
