摘要
从企业战略的层次出发,构建项目导向型企业项目战略符合度评价指标体系;将层次分析法和熵权法相结合来确定指标权重,并利用TOPSIS法进行项目战略符合度评价。综合考虑企业资源和技术约束、项目战略符合度、项目风险状况以及企业所能承担的风险等因素,构建项目导向型企业项目组合优选模型。最后应用案例说明该模型的可操作性。
This paper constructs a evaluation index system of strategic conformity degree of project-oriented company,and determines the index weight by combining the analytic hierarchy process with the entropy weight method, and evaluates the project＇s strategic conformity degree by the TOPSIS method. Then it constructs the project portfolio selection model through considering resource and technology constraint, project＇s strategic conformity degree, project risk status and affordable risk of company comprehensively, Finally, it illustrates the maneuverability of the above project portflio selection model by using a case.
