摘要
利用Fluent软件,对不同参数(一次风速、一次风温、煤粉浓度和煤粉粒径)改变时,微油点火燃烧器一级燃烧室点火性能进行数值模拟研究,得到不同工况下煤粉燃烧特性变化,以及在一定条件下最优一级燃烧室长度,可为燃烧器的实体研究和工程应用提供参考。
The primary combustion chamber ignition performance of the tiny-oil ignition burner was numerical studied by Fluent,when the parameters (primary air velocity ,air temperature ,pulverized coal concentration and coal granule size) changed. By analyzing the calculation results of the characteristics of pulverized coal combustion, the optimal length of primary combustion chamber under certain conditions was gotten. The conclusions will provide reference for study and application of tiny-oil ignition burner.
