摘要
把ReissnerNordstrom(RN)黑洞看作是由内、外视界两个热力学系统组成的复合热力学系统.用brickwall方法针对旋标架形式的Dirac方程,分别计算了RN黑洞内、外的Dirac场的自由能和熵,结果发现其熵均分别与内、外视界的面积成正比,并且在采用相同截断因子的条件下是KleinGordon场熵的7/2倍.RN黑洞系统的总熵在考虑内、外视界的共同作用后,其结果确实满足Nernst定理.
A Reissner\|Nordstrom (R\|N) black hole is regarded as a composite thermodynamic system composed of inner and outer horizons. The free energy and entropy of Dirac fields inside and outside the black hole are calculated via brick\|wall method. It is found that the entropy is proportional to the area of inner and outer horizons. The entropy of Dirac field is 7/2 times of Klein\|Gordon field. The total entropy of R\|N black hole contributed by inner and outer horizons satisfies Nernst theorem.
