摘要
目的探讨早期乳腺保乳治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2006年10月～2011年9月110例进行保乳治疗的早期乳腺癌患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在本组的110例患者中,手术效果优者52例,占47.3%,良者46例,占41.8%,一般者8例,占7.3%,差者4例,占3.6%,优良率为89.1%,局部复发率为2.7%(3/110)。结论对于早期乳腺癌患者,采取保乳手术治疗是可行的,在取得理想治疗效果的同时,还可以具有一定的美容效果,被诸多患者所认可,值得临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early breast conserving surgery. Methods One hundred and ten cases with breast cancer received conserving surgery from October 2006 to September 2011 were analyzed retro- spectively. Results In this group of 110 patients, the patients who got excellent surgical results were 52 cases, account- ing for 47.3%, the patients who got good surgical results were 46 cases, accounting for 41.8%, the patients who got general surgical results were 8 cases, accounting for 7.3%, bad results were 4 cases, accounting for 3.6%. The satisfac- tory rate was 89.1%, and the local recurrence rate was 2.7% （3/110）. Conclusion For patients with early breast can- cer, the breast-conserving surgery is feasible, and this surgery can not only achieve the desired therapeutic effects but also has certain beauty benefits, so it is accepted by many patients, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical
