摘要
目的探讨颅脑损伤合并腹部闭合性损伤的临床诊治方法。方法回顾性分析本院2006年1月～2012年6月收治的52例颅脑损伤合并腹部损伤患者临床资料。结果根据GOS预后评分,恢复良好24例,中残12例,重残6例,植物生存1例,死亡9例。结论颅脑损伤合并腹部闭合性损伤患者病情复杂、危重,早期诊断及正确治疗是抢救成功的关键。
Objective To summarize the clinical feature and treatment of brain injury combined with close abdominal trauma. Methods Fifty two cases of treatment of brain injury combined with close abdominal trauma from Junuary 2006 to June 2012 in our hospital were ananlyzed retrospectively. Results Accordfing to the GOS prognostic score, 24 cases was good recovery, 12 cases was moderate disability, 6 cases was severe disability, one case was plant survive, and 9 cases were dead. Conclusion The clinical condition of brain injury combined with close abdominal trauma are complex and serious. Early diagnosis and proper treatment is the key point for salvage succeed.
