血清同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸水平与冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、尿酸(UA)水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系,并预测检测HCY及UA水平能否作为一种有效的判断病情的指标。方法将88例心内科住院患者中64例冠心病患者作为观察组,余24例作为健康对照组,观察组包括急性心肌梗死(AMI)组17例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组25例、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组22例;根据造影结果再将AMI组和UAP组部分患者分为单支、双支、三支病变组各15、14、13例。检测并比较各组患者的血清HCY、UA水平,并采用SPSS17.0统计软件对所得数据进行分析。结果观察组血清HCY和UA水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),且随着冠状动脉病变严重程度的加重而升高。冠心病患者血清HCY和UA具有良好的相关性(r=0.841,P<0.01)。结论血清HCY和UA可视为冠心病的重要危险因素,血清HCY的水平能反映冠心病及冠脉病变的严重程度。 Objective To investigate the relations between the levels of serum homocysteine (HCY)and blood uric acid (UA) and the severity of coronary artery lesions of patients with coronary heart disease and predict whether the joint detection of HCY and UA can be an effective indicators for judging disease.Methods Among 88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in department of cardiology,64 cases were selected as the observation group,while the other 24 cases were selected as the control group.The observation group included the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group of 17 cases,25 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP) group,22 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP) group.According to coronary angiography result of patients in AMI and UAP groups,the 2 groups were divided into single-vessel group of 15 cases,double vessels group of 14 cases,three vessels group of 13 cases.The serum levels of HCY、UA of all the patients were detected,and the data was statistically analyzed by using the statistical software SPSS 17.0.Results The serum HCY and UA level of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P&lt;0.05),and they increased in positive proportion to the severity of coronary artery lesion.It showed a good positive correlation between coronary heart disease and serum HCY and UA (r=0.841,P&lt;0.01) .Conclusion The concentration of HCY and UA can be regarded as an important risk factor for coronary heart disease.And the serum level of HCY can reflect the severity of coronary heart disease and coronary artery lesion.
