西柏坡时期是党的历史进程中一个特定阶段。毛泽东高度重视干部教育,采取正确的教育方针,全面提高干部素质和能力,实现了干部素质质的飞跃。毛泽东干部教育的工作经验,对指导当前干部教育的实践和发展具有重要启示。
The Xibaipo period is a particular stage in the historical process of the party, Mao attaches great im- portance to the cadre education and takes a correct educational policy, and comprehensively improve the quality of cadres and their capabilities, which makes the cadres of the Communist Party of China achieve a qualitative leap in education during this period. Mao Zedong＇s experience on cadre education has important revelation and benefits in guiding the practice and the development of our current cadre education.
