摘要
煤层巷道采用传统工程类比法进行锚杆支护时,参数设定存在很大盲目性,给生产实践带来诸多安全隐患,尤其是大断面煤巷支护。基于此以南阳坡矿为例,分析煤巷支护中存在的问题,根据煤岩物理力学性质,提出三种支护方案,利用Flac3D软件进行数值模拟,分析不同方案巷道围岩的应力分布、垂直位移情况和塑性变形破坏,确定合理支护方案。通过深基点位移监测顶板和两帮离层情况,分析验证新支护可行性,以便及时作出调整。
Parameters setting is very blindness in bolt support which based on traditional engineering analogy in coal seam, especially in large cross section roadway support, which causes many security risks. Taking Nanyangpo coal for example, the paper analyzed the problem in the coal tunnels support and proposed three kinds of supporting programs based on the nature of physical mechanics of coal and rock, used Flac3D software to execute numerical simulation and analyze the stress distribution and vertical displacement and plastic deformation of the surrounding rock of different options, and determine reasonable support program. The paper finally analyzed the feasibility of the new support program and adjusted timely, through monitoring the displacement of deep basis points in the roof and sides.
