摘要
本文以目前航行于长江下游的优秀大班船东方红11型(简称为东11型)作为改进对象,设计球首蜗尾新船型。在保持东11型主尺度主机不变的条件下,两船型按同一缩尺比制成同长度、同宽度、同吃水,同排水量的船模进行对比试验。试验结果表明:球首蜗尾新船型比东11型降低波形阻力30%以上,提高推进效率20%左右,节省功率22~32%。桨前具有强而均匀的预旋流,有较高而均匀的轴向与周向伴流,因而有较高的船身效率和较低的激振力。球首前缘不超出船首垂线,不影响船舶航行与离靠码头的性能。总之,球首蜗尾船型是一种消波节能效果显著,很有发展前途的新船型。
Since bulbous bow is capable of decreasing wavemaking resistance and cochlea-channelled stern can increase propulsive efficiency as well as reducing vibration, a new type of power-saving ship with both features was studied, with a view to improve the performance of Chang Jiang ship. Ship model Dong 11, the passenger ship sailing between Shanghai and Wuhan, was chosen as an object to be improved. Under the condition of keeping the principal dimensions and engines same as Dong 11, a new ship form with bulbous bow and cochlea-channelled stern was designed. Having the same size in their length, beam, draught and displacement, the models of two kinds of ship forms were made. This study shows that compared with Dong 11, wavemaking resistance is decreased by more than 30%, total resistance by 0—13.2%, and propulsive efficiency is increased by 20% under the speed region of Fn=0.24-0.35. The newly designed ship consumes 22—32% less power than that of Dong 11. And the vibration of the ship is also far reduced according to the wake distribution. The above mentioned study indicates that the new type of power-saving ship with bulbous bow and Cochlea-Channelled stern may be applied to inland waterway vessels.
