摘要
勤工助学学生参与图书馆管理工作,在一定程度上减轻了他们的经济负担,提高了学生的综合能力,缓解了图书馆工作人员的工作压力,有助于提高图书馆服务质量,但是同时也存在着定位不高,缺乏岗前系统培训,工作缺乏主动性,本文就对上述存在问题进行分析,对加强勤工助学工作的管理提出了几点看法。
To certain extent, work-study students can alleviate their economic burden, improve the comprehensive ability of students, and ease the library staff's working pressure, help to improve the service quality of library when they participate in the library management work, but positioning of them is not high, lack of pre-job training system, lack of initiative work, this paper analyzes these existing problem, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the management of work-study program.
