Tb^(3+)掺杂高Lu-Gd氟氧化物玻璃的制备及其光谱性能 被引量:1

Preparation and luminescence of Tb^(3+)-doped high lutetium-gadolinium oxyfluoride glasses

摘要 通过高温熔融法制备了10组Tb3+掺杂高Lu-Gd氟氧化物玻璃样品,测试了样品的密度、透射光谱、激发光谱、紫外激发发射光谱、X射线激发发射光谱和Tb3+、Gd3+的荧光寿命。着重研究了Gd2O3和Lu2O3对Tb3+发光的影响,Tb3+的浓度猝灭效应以及Gd3+与Tb3+的能量传递。结果表明,样品的密度很高,部分样品密度已经超过6g/cm3;Tb3+的浓度猝灭效应使得350~450nm范围内的荧光强度下降,但是使得480~650nm范围内的发光强度增强;Lu2O3对Tb3+的紫外激发荧光强度几乎没有影响,但是对X射线激发的发光强度有较大的影响;Gd2O3对Tb3+的发光具有促进作用,两者之间存在着能量传递,并通过Dexter理论验证了Gd3+与Tb3+间的能量传递是无辐射能量传递。 A kind of Tb3+-doped high lutetium-gadolinium (Lu-Gd) concentration oxyfluoride glass was prepared by high temperature melting method. The density, transmission, emission, excitation spectra and scintillating properties of ten glass samples were measured and investigated. These results show that all the glass samples have a high density up to 5 g/cm3 ,and especially the sample 5,the density is up to 6. 2 g/cm3 with the increase of the concentration of Tb3+ ions,the intensity in emission range of350-450 nm will be decreased,while that in the emission range of 480-650 nm will be increased the intensity of emission under UV excitation does not change along with the Lu2O3 concentration increasing,while that under X-ray excitation increases with the Lu2O3 concentration increasing. Also we observed that Gd2 03 has a positive impact on the emission of Tb3+ ion,and the energy transfer between Gda+ and Tb3+ ions exists,which is verified to be no radiation energy transfer by using Dexter theory.
