摘要
文章通过梳理上海中心大厦工程突出的管理问题,引入BIM技术,采用多种理论综合分析和研究,提出了建设企业进行工程项目管理的"建设单位主导、参建单位共同参与的基于BIM技术的精益化管理模式",通过运用信息化技术和选择管理战略,降低成本,提高劳动生产效率和精益化管理效率,所产生的经济价值为各参与方共享,提高了相关单位的积极性和工程建设管理效率。
With a review of several management issues tackled by the Shanghai Tower project,this paper introduces the BIM technology,and proposes a BIM-based lean management model,which is expected to help the Shanghai Tower project reduce costs, improve labor productivity and lean management efficiency,enhance the enthusiasm of Stakeholders, and upgrade construction management efficiency.
