摘要
本传感仪可用于低频弱磁场或静态场的测量。本系统利用敷置在光纤上的磁致伸缩材料作为敏感元件,把磁场信号转变为光相位信号,然后采用具有相位补偿的全光纤Mach Zehnder干涉仪将相位调制转换为振幅调制;使用零差检测跟踪相位即可得到被测信号。本系统可探测到的最小场为10^(-9)T/m。
An optical-fiber magnetometer .Which is capable of measuring static as well as low-frequency magnetic fields,is presented.In the system,the magnetic signal is changed into phase signal by magnctostrictive material in conjunction with single-mode fibers.An all-fiber Mach-Zehndcr interferometer with phase compensation is used to transform the phase modulation to amplitude modulation(1). The magnetic signal can be obtained by zero-boat detecting. Minimum detectable field of 10-9/m is reported.
