摘要
管理者在高速公路养护管理决策时,需要了解路网在整体上达到一定服务水平时所需的养护资金,并使其最小。根据指定的服务水平,建立路面决策方案规划模型,运用遗传算法编制求解模型,对路面养护决策方案进行优化,使其在指定的服务水平要求下,达到养护费用最小。结合工程实例,经过优化操作,节约成本约55%,验证了该方法的正确性和可行性。
In expressway management, managers need to know the maintenance funds of the o- verall road network to achieve a certain level of service required for and make it minimum. Ac- cording to the specified service level, setting a model of pavement maintenance decision and u- sing genetic algorithm to work out the solving model to optimize the pavement maintenance de- cision are needed to ensure minimum maintenance costs at in the specified service level. The cost is saved about 55% from the optimization operation in the engineering example, and the correctness and feasibility of the method are verified.
