摘要
将不同比例的磷石膏晶须(PSW)和聚丙烯(PP)共混制得复合材料,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和偏光显微镜(POM)表征其结构,然后对复合材料进行力学性能测试。结果表明:PSW能够使PP的α晶晶粒细化,诱导β晶的生成;在PSW含量为5%~25%范围内,随PSW含量的增加,β晶含量呈递增趋势,复合材料的拉伸强度呈小幅度下降趋势;弯曲强度随着PSW含量的增加变化不大,但相对纯PP有大幅提高;缺口冲击强度随PSW含量的增加而提高。
Different proportion of phosphogypsum whisker(PSW) and polypropylene(PP) were blended to prepare composites.The structure was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) instrument,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and the polarizing microscope(POM),and the mechanical properties of the composites were tested.The results show that: PSW can make α crystal of the PP refine,and β crystal is induced formation,When PSW content is in range of 10%~25%,the content of β crystal increases gradually with the increase of PWS;the tensile strength of the composites decreases slightly;the bending strength changes weakly,but being improved greatly to pure PP;and then impact strength enhances with the content of PSW.
