摘要
近年来,由于高校扩招,学生党员数量迅速增加,负责学生党务工作的辅导员分身乏术,独木难支,迫切需要一种有效的方式将工作进一步深化和细化,而主题演讲比赛的形式正好为这一工作提供了良好的问题解决平台。通过比赛的筹备、参与过程,大学生们受到了党的良好教育和洗礼,对大学生党员的发展及入党后再教育有着深远影响。
Because colleges and universities enlarge enrollment and the number of students communist party mem- bers increase greatly in recent years, instructors who are responsible for students party work can not afford such a heavy work. So a kind of effective method is needed to make the works further deepening and refinement. Moreover, theme speech contests provide a good problem solving platform for the works just in time. The university students can receive good party＇s education and baptism through preparing games and participating the process, which has a profound influence on the development and re-education of college students＇ party members.
