摘要
本文对影响齿轮热处理畸变的材料、锻造、预备热处理等因素进行了研究。实验表明 ,通过采取控制齿轮钢淬透性带宽和晶粒度 ,降低氧和夹杂物含量 ,用锻后余热等温退火代替二次加热正火等措施 ,国产齿轮的热处理畸变可达到德国齿轮水平。
In this paper,the effect factors on heat treatment distortion,such as material,forging and preheat treatment etc.have been studied.The results show that heat treatment distortion of domestic gear steel reach to the level of the German gear steel by means of controlling gear steel hardenability band,grain size and reducing oxygen and inclusion content as well as isothermal annealing with extra-heat after forging instead of reheat normalizing.
