摘要
为研究结构存在多处缺陷时的固有振动特性变化,以及在等离子体破裂时瞬态电磁力作用下的真空室结构动态响应变化,采用"刚度下降法"建立ITER等离子体真空室(Vacuum Vessel,简称VV)单层封闭壳体微损伤的简化模型,提取对微小损伤敏感的动态应变能变化率作为损伤标识量。同时采用了一种"以平代曲"的损伤定量定位直观展开方法,有效地实现了VV单层封闭壳体不同部位多缺陷的定量检测。
A tiny damage model is established for the ITER vacuum vessel(VV) of closed shell structure based on the stiffness reduction method to study the detection of multiple defects based on the vibration behaviors,and to study the dynamic response due to the transient electromagnetic force during the plasma disruption.To get the dynamic strain energy change ratio for damage recognition of the closed shell,a planar coordinate system is introduced to describe the shell structure and the damage status.Numerical results obtained show that the proposed method is feasible and effective for detection of multiple defects in a complex shell structure.
