摘要
党的十八大报告详细阐述了生态文明建设问题,并将其与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设并列,构成中国特色社会主义事业"五位一体"的总体布局。推进生态文明建设,是党对自然规律及人与自然关系再认识的重要成果,是科学发展观的重要内涵,是对中国特色社会主义事业认识全面深化的结果。中国特色社会主义,既是经济发达、政治民主、文化先进、社会和谐的社会,也应该是生态环境良好的社会。生态文明建设对我国现代化建设意义重大,需要我们积极探索相关制度性确立问题。
The report of the 18^th National Congress of CPC elaborated the construction of ecological civilization, which is in parallel with the economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction, forming the overall layout of ＂Five-in-One＂ principle of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Promoting ecological civilization is the important achievements of the Party＇ s recognition of the natural law and the relationship between man and nature, and the important connotation of the scientific concept of development as well as the result of deepening the understanding of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The socialism with Chinese characteristics is the society with the developed economy, political democracy, advanced culture and social harmony, and is also a society with good ecological environment. The construction of ecological civilization is significant for China＇s modernization, which needs us to actively explore relevant institutions.
