摘要
为实现涤纶织物的短流程染色工艺提供更多的染料选择,研究了4只蓝色蒽醌型分散染料在氢氧化钠介质中对涤纶织物的染色技术,探讨了在NaOH存在下双氧水的分解率和双氧水质量浓度对织物退浆率的影响,比较了染料的耐氧化性和提升性,考察了碱性一浴法与酸性染色的染色性能和机械性能的差异。结果表明:4只蓝色分散染料能在NaOH质量浓度2 g/L和H2O2质量浓度3g/L的条件下,采用一浴一步法或一浴二步法工艺,进行退浆和染色的同浴加工,且有很好的提升性和染色性能;双氧水能提高退浆率,在25 min内分解率达89%,对织物的机械性能影响较小。
To provide more dye selections for the realization of short process of polyester fabrics, this paper studies the dyeing technique of four blue anthraquinone type disperse dyes in sodium hydroxide medium for polyester fabrics; discusses the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide under the existence of NaOH and the influence of mass concentration of hydrogen peroxide on desizing ratio of fabrics ; compares the oxidative resistance and improvement of dyes and investigates the differences of dyeing property and mechanical property of alkaline one bath process and acid dyeing. The result shows that four blue disperse dyes can conduct one-bath proeessing of desizing and dyeing with one-bath one-step method or one-hath two-step method under the condition of NaOH mass concentration 2 g/L and H2O2 mass concentration 3 g/L and have a good improvement and dyeing property. Hydrogen peroxide can improve desizing ratio; the decomposition rate reaches 89% within 25 min. It has small influence on mechanical properties of fabrics.
