摘要
目前,我国医院的人力资源管理还基本处在传统的人事管理阶段。随着医疗体制的改革,医院的人力资源体制的弊端日益显露出来,文章分析了目前公立医院人力资源管理存在的问题,并提出了相关的解决对策,期望为促进和实现公立医院的可持续发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。
At present, human resource management in our country hospitals is in basic stage. With the reform of medical system, the shortcomings come out gradually. This paper analyzes the present human resource management problems in public hospitals, and puts forward relevant countermeasures, so it can provide reference for promoting and realizing the sustainable development of public hospitals.
