空气压缩系统电力成本通常超过总运行费用的75%,节能潜力非常大。有很多节能管理措施和技术措施可实现节能效果,但这一技术应用在我省还是空白。文章阐述了空气压缩系统节能潜力和途径,用实例说明了电解铝企业空气压缩系统节能措施及节能效果。
the power cost of the air compressed system commonly exceeds 75% of the total operating expenditure, the potential of the energy saving is rather big. Plenty of energy saving managing and technical measures can realize the effect, but it＇ s blank in Qinghai province. The paper discusses potential and method of air compressed system energy saving, and proposes electrolytic aluminum enterprise＇ s energy saving measures and effect with examples.
