摘要
高校人事管理体制改革是其内部管理体制改革的重要方面。对当前高校人事管理体制改革进行了分析,认为改革虽然取得了一定成效,但诸多方面仍存在问题,这些也影响和制约着高等教育的发展。在此基础上提出了解决的方法策略。
The reform of the management system is a crucial aspect in the internal management reform in colleges. Although some achievements have been made, many problems still hinder the development of higher education. Thus the paper puts. forward some solution methods and strategies.
