摘要
随着城市生活垃圾的排放量逐年增加,垃圾处理问题已经成为城市建设中十分重要的问题。通过对鞍山市城市生活垃圾处理现状的调查发现,在管理体制及垃圾处理措施等方面存在问题,对此提出了理顺体制、提高认识、借鉴经验和法律保障等具体改进建议。
With the emissions of domestic waste is increasing year by year, the waste disposal problem has become very important for the urban construction. From the investigation in Anshan city, there exists some problems in the management system and process countermeasures. Therefore, some sug- gestions are proposed such as perfecting the system, improving the understanding, exploring the ex- perience and legal protection.
