摘要
通过力学性能检验、金相组织观察等手段研究了几种不同级别余热处理钢筋的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:在未添加合金元素情况下,通过轧后余热处理工艺可生产出高强度级别的钢筋,淬硬层厚度和淬硬层组织是影响余热处理钢筋强度的两个重要因素。
The mechanical properties and microstracture of several different levels of remained heat treatment ribbed steel bar were investigated by tensile test, microstmcturial observation and so on. The results show that the high-strength steel not containing alloy elements can be produced by finished quench method, and the thickness and microstructure of quech -hardened layer are two important factors for the strength of remained heat treatment ribbed steel.
