摘要
为提高Ni基合金的高温抗氧化能力,采用陶瓷粘结相与Cr2O3制成料浆,在1300℃熔烧制备一层高温抗氧化陶瓷涂层。结果表明,该陶瓷涂层结构致密,与基体结合牢固,抗热震性能良好。涂层试样在1100℃空气中连续100 h抗高温氧化实验表明:陶瓷涂层展现出良好的抗高温氧化能力。
In orde to improve the ability of high temperature anti-oxidation, high-temperature oxidation resistant ceramic coating on Ni-alloy surface was prepared at 1300 ℃, using Cr2O3 and cementing phase as the starting material. The experimental results indicate that the dense enamel coating has an excellent thermal shock resistance properties owing to chemical bonding at the interface. The oxidation tests at 1100 ℃ in air for 100h show that the ceramic coating is an effective anti-oxidation coating at high temperature.
