摘要
未成年人社会医疗保险是社会保障体系的重要组成部分,关系到社会的和谐稳定。2006年珠海市在全广东省率先施行了未成年人社会医疗保险办法,这一模式提供了一条有特色的医疗保险路线,作为广东省以及国内其他地区推行未成年人医疗保障的有益借鉴。文章在未成年人社会医疗保险初步发展的基础上,通过研究珠海市未成年人社会医疗保险体系实施六年以来存在的问题,并针对问题提出一系列完善措施,以期达到更好地保护未成年人健康成长的目标。
The minor social medical insurance is an important part of social security system, is related to social harmony and stability. In 2006 Zhuhai city in Guangdong Province in the implementation of all minor social medical insurance, this model provides a unique line of Guangdong Province as medical insurance, as well as other domestic areas of the minors＇ medical security is beneficial draw lessons from. The minor social medical insurance on the basis of preliminary development, through the research of minors in Zhuhai social medical insurance system for the implementation of six years existence question, and proposed a series of measures to improve, in order to better protect the healthy growth of minors target.
