摘要
针对智能IC卡系统在机电井灌溉中的应用状况及应用后产生的影响和存在的主要问题,指出IC卡系统的应用不但解决了实际存在的收费难和水资源浪费问题,还能为地下水资源合理配置提供科学依据。同时也指出该系统在应用中存在的问题,并提出相关建议。
Smart IC card system in electromechanical well irrigation conditions and impact, and the main problems that the application of IC card system will not only solve the actual existence of the charges difficult and waste of water resources, but also for groundwater rational allocation of resources to provide a scientific basis. Also pointed out that the system exists in the application of the issue and make recommendations.
