摘要
结合大庆石化公司进口物资采购实际情况,阐述了石化企业进口物资直接采购的特点与成本控制方法,提出进口物资采购的具体实施策略和应对措施。国际采购因素的融入增加了企业物资采购的成本风险,进口物资采购风险的管理不容忽视。
Combined with the actual purchase situation of the imported materials of Daqing Petrochemical Company,this paper expounded the characteristics and cost control method of first hand purchase of the imported materials of petrochemical enterprises,and proposed specific implementation tactics and countermeasures for imported materials purchase.It is indispensable for proper management of imported materials purchase risk as factors in international purchase added the risks in cost and safety of materials purchase.
