摘要
目的:研究急性肺损伤患者血浆和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α水平的变化及与肺损伤程度的关系。方法:选取2011年8月~2012年8月我院收治的急性肺损伤患者24例,另选同期在我院查体中心体检者24例作为正常对照组,采用放射免疫法测定血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α水平,并记录当时急性肺损伤患者的肺损伤评分。结果:急性肺损伤(ALI)组血浆中TXB2水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05),6-keto-PGF1α与正常对照组无差异(P>0.05),ALI组BALF中TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α均高于正常对照组,且TXB2差异更为显著(P<0.01);ALI患者BALF中TXB2与肺损伤评分呈正相关(r=0.77 r2=0.59 P<0.01)。结论:急性肺损伤患者血浆和BALF中TXB2水平均升高,BALF中6-keto-PGF1α的表达也增加,BALF中TXB2变化更为显著,通过检测BALF中TXB2更有助于急性肺损伤的早期诊断,并对急性肺损伤的严重程度有一定的参考意义。
Objective:To study the relationship between the changes of TXB2、6-keto-PGF1αin plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)with the acute lung injury and the degree of lung injury.Methods:24 patients who were suffered with acute lung injury were selected in our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012,another 24 cases were selected in physical examination center as normal control group,TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α in plasma and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was detected by radio-immunity method and record the lung injury score of the patients.Results:The levels of TXB2 in the plasma of acute lung injury(ALI)group were higher than those of normal control group(P 0.05),The levels of 6-keto-PGF1α in ALI group had no difference from that of normal control group(P 0.05),the levels of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in BALF of ALI group are higher than those of normal control group,furthermore difference of TXB2 levels in BALF were significant(P 0.01);the TXB2 levels in BALF of the patient with acute lung injury were positively correlated with the lung injury score(r=0.77 r2=0.59 P0.01).Conclusion:The TXB2 levels in plasma and BALF were all increased in the patients who were suffered with acute lung injury,6-keto-PGF1 α levels in BALF expression were increased,the increase in BALF TXB2 levels changes were more significant.So the detection TXB2 levels in BALF maybe help more in the early diagnosis of acute lung injury,and they may have certain reference significance to analyze the severity of acute lung injury.
