自催干钢结构酚醛防腐漆的制备与应用

摘要 在甲酚生产过程中会产生含大量混合酚的工业废物,难以有效分离和利用,造成污染环境,本研究利用废物中残余酚进行聚合,制成具有自催干效应的改性酚醛树脂,进而用其制备钢结构防腐漆,阐述了制备工艺和聚合反应原理,分别讨论了聚合反应温度时间对树脂性能和颜料用量对涂料性能的影响,结果表明聚合反应温度230℃、反应时间6-7h,ω(金属离子)3.5‰,ω(碳黑)3%,颜基比1:1-2时,涂料综合性能最佳。 A large number of industrial waste residues are generated in the production of cresol. The component of waste residues is complex and it's difficult to separate and use effectively. It will cause serious environmental pollution When the waste is discharged into the natural environment. In order to solve this problem, an effective using way of waste residue was disclosed in the paper. The polymerization reaction was carried on and the self-drying modified phenolic resin was made by the residual phenol in industrial waste. The technologies of the self-drying modified phenolic resin and phenolic steel structure anticorrosive paint were studied. The principle of polymerization was described. The polymerization temperature, polymerization hour and pigment level were studied. The results showed the best comprehensive properties of the paint when polymerization temperature was 230℃, the time was 6-7 hours, metal ion was 3.5%o, carbon black was 3% and the radio of pigment and resin was 1:1-2.
