摘要
考虑风能为可再生能源的主要方式,建立了以运行成本与污染排放为目标函数的多目标风火发电节能优化调度模型,通过改进的小生境遗传算法对模型求解,并用不同的权重系数表明区域内的多目标决策偏好,以达到发电经济性与环境保护的协调优化。结果表明该模型最小运行成本降低了15%,旋转备用容量增加了700 MW左右,达到了优化目标。
Regarding wind as a main renewable energy, a wind-thermal power efficient energy dispatching model was built with operation cost and pollution emission as the objective functions, which was solved by an improved niche genetic algorithm. In order to achieve the coordinative optimization between the power economy and environmental protection different weight coefficient was used to show the region multi-objective decision-making preferences, result shows that the minimum running costs reduce by 15% and the spinning reserve capacity increase of 700 MW, the model achieved the optimization objective.
