摘要
近年来，大学生就业形势越来越严峻，如何促进大学生就业成为社会最为关注的问题。大学生就业难现象从某种程度上反映了部分学生综合素质特别是实践动手能力较差，不能适应用人单位的需求。本文通过分析就业难的原因，指出要进一步加强对大学生实践能力素质的培养，为企业提供合格的人才，并提出了培养大学生实践能力的重要途径。
In recent years, college students＇ employment situation is becoming more and more serious, and how to promote college students＇ employment becomes the most important thing concerned by the society. The phenomenon of diffficult em- ployment of college students to some extent reflects some students＇ comprehensive quality, especially the practical ability is poor and they can＇t meet the requirement of employers. In this article, through analyzing the causes of the difficult employ- ment, it points out we should further strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ practice ability, provide enterprises with qualified talents, and puts forward the important ways to cultivate college students＇ nractice ability.
