摘要
为提高农民安全使用农药的意识,以江苏省淮安市农民为研究对象,在农药安全使用相关理论和法规的指导下,调查淮安市农民使用农药的行为现状,研究影响农民安全使用农药的相关因素,并提出相应对策,解决农民使用农药中存在的一些问题。调查显示,淮安市农民具有一定的安全使用农药意识,农民施药时间合理,对农药知识有一定了解,在配药和施药时都会采取相应的防护措施,作业完毕后能够注意个人清洁,但在农药稀释、器械清洗后废水处理、农药包装物的处理等方面存在一些不科学的地方。通过分析,笔者提出一些如定期举办安全科学使用农药技术培训,及时发布病、虫害信息等建议和意见,以期为农民安全使用农药,增加农民收入做一点贡献。
To improve the farmer＇s consciousness to use pesticide safely, we chose farmer from huai＇ an city in Jiangsu province as the research target and investigated the current status of pes- ticide using with the guide of relevant theory and laws. We searched the relevant impacts that may influence the farmers to use pesticide safely. Some corresponding countermeasures have been proposed to resolve the problems met during the pesticide use. Our investigation shows that farm- ers in huai＇an city own public awareness about safety use of pesticide. They spray pesticide on proper time and have some knowledge about pesticide. Some relevant protect actions are taken when they are preparing prescription and spraying pesticide. They usually pay attention to the personal cleanliness after spraying work. However, to some degree, the ways they took to dilute drugs, deal with the machine cleaning water and drug containers are improper. With analysis, we make suggestions that regularly training on scientific and safety use of drug should be hold, and publish information about desease or insect pest and relevant suggestions in time so that we could have some devote to make farmers use the drugs safety and increase their income.
