摘要
针对目前国内裂解汽油加氢装置运行周期长短不一的特点,从原料、杂质、毒物及反应的操作条件等多方面加以分析,寻找困扰催化剂长周期运行的问题症结,并结合装置特点,从控制裂解汽油中的胶质含量和加氢过程中的"三苯"损失率,脱除裂解汽油中的水、固体杂质和砷等方面来进行优化,消除装置运行瓶颈,以获得最佳的运行周期,实现装置效益最大化。
As the operation cycle of cracked gasoline hydroge-nation units in China vary,this paper analyzes the operation of cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit from aspects of feedstock,impurities,poison,reaction conditions,etc,trying to find out the points limiting the long term safe operation of the unit,and optimizes the operation conditions based on the actual characteristics of each unit,trying to eliminate all bottlenecks,so as to achieve optimum operation cycle and realize maximum efficiency of the unit.
