摘要 通过数值计算方法,借助FLUENT模拟了铝电解槽传统分段向下式集气烟道内部的流动场,分析发现了传统烟道存在集气均匀性较差、TE端部密闭效率较低的缺点,于是提出了等量吸风集气烟道的设计构想,并通过数值模拟手段证实该新式烟道在不增大烟道压损的条件下,达到了槽膛内等量吸风的目的。 The flow field of traditional subsection downwards collection gas ducts in aluminum reduction cells is simulated in this paper. The traditional ducts have some problems are found, such as the worse gas pressure evenness in hearth and lower sealing efficiency in TE. In order to decrease the fluor-ide gas emission from cells, the equal collection gas ducts are offered and proved by numerical simulation. The flow field in new ducts show that the gas equal collections is achieved without increasing the pressure drop.
