摘要
研究了BP系列捕收剂对氧化钼和主要脉石矿物浮选行为的影响,确定了浮选最佳药剂为BP-1,pH值范围为4.0~4.5,药剂用量为1×10-4mol/L。BP系列捕收剂与氧化钼矿物作用的红外光谱研究表明:捕收剂与氧化钼矿物表面之间的作用为物理吸附,同时捕收剂BP-1与氧化钼矿物作用最强,表现为BP-1与氧化钼矿物作用后,其红外吸收特征峰最为明显。
The influence of BP-series coUector on the flotation behavior of molybdenum oxide and its main gangue minerals was investigated. When using BP-1 as the collector, the best flotation index can be obtained with the optimized pH range as 4.0 -4.5 and reagent dosage as 1×10^-4mol/L The infrared spectrum analysis of the interaction between BP-series collector and molybdenum oxide shows that, collector may be adsorbed on the surface of molybdenum oxide in the form of physical adsorption, among which, the interaction between BP-1 and molybdenum oxide is the strongest, as the most obvious characteristic absorption peaks on the infrared spectrum of BP-1 coated on molybdenum oxide can be observed.
