基于利益相关者理论的义务教育阶段教师流动机制纬度研究

摘要 在社会主义市场经济背景下,各相关利益主体的权益得到保证,才能实现义务教育目标。义务教育阶段教师流动的本质是资源配置问题,应该遵循效率、稳定和公平原则。该文运用利益相关者理论对义务教育阶段教师流动中的利益相关者进行了识别,分析了影响各主体利益实现的主要因素,构建了义务教育阶段教师流动机制的六个纬度:激励机制、信息机制、决策机制、竞争机制、约束机制和社会责任。 In the context of the socialist market economy, compulsory education goals depend on the realization of the interests of all stakeholders. Teachers' mobility in compulsory education is an essential resource-allocation problem, which should be guided by efficiency, stability and equity. This paper uses stakeholder theory to identify stakeholders of teachers' mobility in compulsory education, analyzes the principal factors affecting the realization of the stakeholders' interests, and built compulsory education mechanism of teachers flows from six aspects: incentive mechanism, information mechanism, decision-making mechanism, competition mechanism, restraint and social responsibility.
