摘要
通过对CW6163车床进行改造,使其具备深孔镗、滚压及复合加工条件,开展了深孔镗滚复合加工技术的研究,分析了镗滚复合加工的工作机理,确定了合理的工艺参数,通经过批量验证,我们认为改造后的CW6163车床能够实现镗滚复合加工功能,并且具有加工精度高、质量稳定、生产效率高等优点,非常适合应用于我公司液压缸的加工。
It was able to deep-hole boring, rolling and composite processing conditions by reconstruction of CW6163 lathes. Study on technology of deep hole boring-rolling machining, Analysis on the mechanism of boring-rolling machining, Determine the reasonable processing parameters.In batch verification, we considered that after reconstruction of CW6163 lathes can be achieved boring-rolling machining, it has the advantages of high precision machining, stable quality, production eflqciency.it is very suitable for the machining of hydraulic actuating cylinders used in our company.
