摘要
在查阅和分析了大量国内外有关文献资料的基础上,通过安装在储罐底周边附近的传感器接收到的来自罐底的信号,经过对信号分析,确定活性缺陷的情况,并间接判断腐蚀情况,最终对储罐罐底的腐蚀状态做出评价。该检测方法的应用,可以较为科学地对金属储罐罐底进行在线监测,保证了在用储罐的安全性,提高了储罐科学管理水平,减少维修次数,延长使用寿命。
After referring to a great deal of domestic and overseas literatures, carrying out experimentations with sensors on the edge of the tank floors in laboratory and field. On the base of signals analysis, the state of active defects is confirmed. So corrosion of tanks is estimated indirectly, on which integrality of tanks can be evaluated synthetically. With this method, in service vertical storage tanks can be validly monitored and evaluated, so the security of tanks in field are greatly raised; Also, it is helpful to enhance the level of management on tanks, minis repair times, and prolong use life.
