摘要 以聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)为壁材,阿维菌素原药(B1a)为芯材,通过溶剂挥发法制备了包覆阿维菌素原药的微胶囊。研究了室温下芯材和PBS的不同比例、乳化剂的种类,以及搅拌速率对微胶囊表面形态的影响;微胶囊在不同pH、不同温度下的稳定性。研究结果表明:以2%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)做乳化剂,芯材/PBS为5∶1,转速为600 r/min时制备的微胶囊粒径均一,结构稳定,微胶囊的负载率为68.76%;阿维菌素在偏酸、偏碱性条件下的释放速度较慢,纯净水中释放速度最快,不耐高温水煮。 Biodegradable PBS microcapsules containing avermectins were prepared by solvent evaporation, using biodegradable Poly( butylene succinate)(PBS) as wall material and taking avermectin as capsule core. The influences of avermectin/PBS ration,different kinds of emulsifier and stirring speed on mierocapsules morphology at room temperature and the effects of the microcapsule in different pH, temperature on stability were studied. The results showed that the best morphology of PBS microcapsules with even particle size and stable structure were prepared by the content of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was 2 % ,the core material was 5:1 ,stirring speed of 600 r/min and the coating ratio of microcapsule was 68.76 % . The release of avermectins could be evidently inhibited by acid and alkali, and the fastest released in pure water,it had bad durability in high temperature.
