摘要
阐述了开放式虚拟仪器平台LabVIEW的特点,并介绍了在该平台上使用第三方数据采集卡进行数据采集的4种方法。在此基础上开发出1套由计算机控制的数据采集系统,对聚氨酯发泡试验中泡绵的厚度、聚氨酯泡绵的透气性等数据进行实际采集。结果表明:采用LabVIEW作为软件开发平台结合第三方采集硬件简化了开发过程,缩短了开发时间,增加了开发的灵活性,同时又能有效控制开发成本。
The characteristics of opening virtual instrument LabVIEW were described. Four methods of date acquisition based on LabVIEW using a third party acquisition board were explained. Based on this,a date acquisition system controlled by computer was developed. The thickness of polyurethane foam in foaming course and the permeability of polyurethane foam were acquired by using the system. The result proved that this method could simplify the development process, shorted development time, increased the development agility, and saved the development costs.
