摘要
大学生就业已经是一大社会问题,2 0世纪末最热门的生物专业,近年来却成为"就业困难户"。文章指出这一现象属于结构性教育过度,并试图分析造成这一现象的背后成因,从5个方面提出了应对的策略与方法。
The college graduates employment difficulty is becoming a social problem. As the most hot major subject for middle school students at the end of 20s, those who majored in biology related subjects meet much difficulties in labor market recent years. The paper tried to analysis the causes for this social phenomena and addicted that was a kind of structural over-education. Besides, some countermeasures and suggestions were also given to relieve this difficulty.
